Its parser supports 40 packet headers in the network and provides the possibility of switch development for next versions of the OpenFlow as easily as possible. Besides, it supports the features of the OpenFlow v1.3. The main advantage of the proposed design is that it increases the speed of packet pipeline processing in flow tables switch. In addition to enjoying high flexibility, this architecture has a consumer hardware at the level of other start-ups.

Although little research investigated performance parameters of the OpenFlow Switch, in the present study, the OpenFlow system (switch and controller) is to be implemented on the FPGA via the VHDL on the one hand, and performance parameters of the OpenFlow Switch and its stimulation performance is to be investigated via the ISE design suite on the other hand. The present article is to design and implement the architecture of the OpenFlow v1.3 Switch on the \(\hbox \)-6 FPGA ML605 board because the FPGA platform has high flexibility, processing speed and reprogrammability. Now, OpenFlow Switch versions 1.0 and 1.1 have been implemented on hardware platforms and support limited specifications of the OpenFlow. In the architecture of the SDN, the most controversial device is the OpenFlow Switch in that in the OpenFlow Switch, it is packets which are processed and investigated. That package list could probably be shorter, but too lazy to do proper rdepends right now.Software-defined network (SDN) has had the evolution of the current network with the aim of removing its restrictions so that the data plane has been separated from its control plane.

But in case it barfs on some libraries you can install the libs you need like so: apt-get install libc6 libexpat1 libffi6 libfontconfig1 libfreetype6 libgcc1 libglib2.0-0 libice6 libpcre3 libpng12-0 libsm6 libuuid1 libx11-6 libxau6 libxcb1 libxcursor1 libxdmcp6 libxext6 libxfixes3 libxfixes-dev libxi6 libxinerama1 libxrandr2 libxrender1 zlib1g That's the quick library package dependencies for ISE 14.7 based on my debian 8.9 (圆4) box. With a bit of luck ISE will run on your ubuntu machine, because most libraries will already be installed.

Just did a quick trace on ise to get the runtime library dependencies. Well, and make sure the obligatory library packages are installed. Certain older versions required some mucking about, but with 14.7 it's source the env script and go.

ISE 14.7 is hardly any trouble to get running. That link bingo posted has all the installer steps in it.
